结节性硬化症(tuberous sclerosis complex,TSC)是一种多系统受累的神经皮肤综合征,以常染色体显性遗传为特征遗传,外显率高.但散在病例多达65%~75%.随着对本病认识的深入,临床诊断标准也已修订[1].2003年5~6月,我院连续收治了5例以抽搐原因待查住院,但脑部神经影像学检查(CT/MRI)无特异性发现的结节性硬化症患儿.结合TSC最新诊断标准[1],分析如下.
Objectives: To observe cerebrocardiac syndrome on patients of the over seventy age and it's change of EEG. Methods: Brain CT and ECG were examined in 50 patients of the over seventy age with cerebrocardiac syndrome. Results: There were obvious changes in the brain CT and ECG. Conclusion:There were obvious changes of brain CT and ECG in cerebrocardiac syndrome of over seventy age patients.
Objective To explore image manifestation of Wilson disease. Method To analyze brain and liver CT image manifestation of 23 Wilson disease patients. Result Brain CT image of all patients showed multiple site point or streak, low- density soft lesions accompanied by distension of cerebral ventricle, sulus deepen. Liver CT image of 4 patients showed liver sclerosis characters with irregular shape and rough and uneven in surface. Conclusion Brain CT has important reference value to diagnosis and evaluation of Wilson disease. ``
